General cancellation conditions
Cancellation and change requests are only possible in writing.
Standard reservations
Written cancellations up to 2 days before arrival possible. Exceptions to this are trade fairs and special holidays. If cancellation is not made on time, or for the above mentioned days, 80% of the room rate will be charged for the first night.

The hotel requires your own valid credit card number with the indication of validity as security in case of late cancellation or no-show. We kindly ask you to send us this information at our e-mail address. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity and availability of the credit card immediately upon reservation and / or debit the full amount in advance (for non-cancellable reservations). With wrong credit card information, the booked room will be canceled immediately!
We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa Card, Maestro card and debit card as methods of payment.
Arrival and Departure
Your arrival is requested until 22 o'clock. For arrivals after 20 o'clock we ask for prior telephone agreement and / or credit card guarantee. For late arrival after 22 o'clock without prior notice is no claim to the reservation. Late check-out on request.
